According to the latest plan, vaccination should be open to anyone 40 years of age and over from Wednesday in Quebec

Anyone over 18 should be able to make an appointment by mid-May The government has set itself the goal of giving all adults a first chance by June 24

Emergency restrictions have also been lifted in the Quebec City and Chaudière-Appalaches regions, where elementary school students are returning to class after nearly a month of distance learning

Last week, Premier François Legault said the number of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations had also stabilized enough to push back the curfew in the Montreal and Laval areas by 8pm at 9:30 am start Monday
