Ebene News – GB – Chris Hughton from Nottingham Forest just hit a nail on Swansea

Nottingham Forest boss Chris Hughton said Swansea City had the perfect balance ahead of Wednesday night’s Liberty Stadium clash

Hughton brings his side to South Wales in good form, undefeated in their last four games, but will face a side also in top form at the moment

Steve Cooper’s Swansea currently sits third in the Championship standings behind Norwich City and Brentford, although they have two games in hand against their rivals in automatic promotion

Swansea has faced Forest twice this season – a narrow 1-0 league win at City Ground, followed by a 5-1 blow at Landore in the FA Cup

Hughton expects a tough game against an opposition that has the right mix of offensive and defensive talent after conceding a league low of just 15 goals while also being able to cause trouble at the top of the pitch

“Some teams are very strong defensively or very strong offensively, but they are both

“They have a way of scoring goals, but they are also very determined and get back together

“We are certainly going to have to match our performance at home against them, which in my opinion deserved at least a draw

Hughton hopes the game will be more like the league fixture, rather than the FA Cup game in which both teams made changes to their starting XI

He added: “We’ve made several changes for this game – more or less a full squad And they’ve made some changes too

“After a really bad start to the game I thought we got back into a really good rhythm I don’t usually talk about the referees’ decisions but it was a bad call (a penalty) that got them back in. the game

“There were definitely some bright spots in that game But when it comes to performance, if we think back to a Swansea game, we’d rather think back to the home game in the league, where we did better”

Winger Sammy Ameobi (knee), midfielders Samba Sow (ankle) and Harry Arter (calf) and defender Scott McKenna (ankle) all remain on the sidelines, but Ryan Yates could be in contention after a months of absence

“This is the one we would consider; we have to consider, because he is someone who is a very fit boy

“It’s a matter of making a decision on him But it’s really good to see him on the training ground again and he will train again tomorrow

“He’s a fit boy and he certainly hasn’t been out for as long as some of the others who’ve been away this season, but it’s probably still a little too early for Wednesday”
