Piers Morgan could finally be ready to appear on Strictly Come Dancing – but he’s determined to have a certain professional dancer become his partner

As Givoanni Pernice appeared on Loose Women today, presenter Jane Moore revealed that she received a text from Piers

She said: “I texted Piers before going on the air to say that Giovanni would like to dance with you That’s what he said – ‘I’m ready I’ve already done same sex “ sizzle ” I did the paso doble on the dance floor with Bruno in my 50th birthday and he said I had wonderful moves

“‘I think he called me an elegant stallion too’ So here is Giovanni, you have your partner”

In response Giovanni said: “I think it would be fantastic to see Piers because he’s a very strong character and I’m a huge fan of his career so it would be great to spend time with him”

And Piers certainly didn’t seem opposed to the idea and retweeted the clip shared on the Loose Women’s Twitter page, adding dancing emojis

Piers would become one of many Good Morning Britain stars to appear on Strictly if he added his name to the 2021 lineup
