Kerr was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday for domestic violence, but he did not show up, his lawyer claiming he suffered an asthma attack

Kerr has yet to officially plead to a series of charges, but has repeatedly indicated that he will plead not guilty to all offenses, including the assaults allegedly committed against his ex-partner Michelle McAtackney for several years

The former midfielder is faced with offenses such as aggravated assault, criminal damage and, with intent to cause harm, has committed an act that could endanger his life
