Ebene News – United States – Federal government investigates whether a Nashville bomber believed in the lizard plot

Investigators explore several conspiracy theories as potential motives behind the Christmas Day bombing outside an AT&T building in Nashville, Tennessee, including evidence that the One Bomber believed in the Lizard people and to a so-called reptilian conspiracy, two senior law enforcement officials said on Wednesday

Investigators are expected to complete their crime scene work this week, but it could take several more weeks to determine the motive of the bomber, Anthony Quinn Warner, who died in the blast

As of Saturday, authorities have been examining digital devices at Warner – which an official says includes a significant mine of photos, videos and writings – for clues as to what prompted the man to set off a powerful bomb inside his recreational vehicle, which destroyed communications networks and injured several people in downtown Nashville

Specifically, investigators are examining the suspect’s previous trips to an unknown location in Tennessee where he would camp in his RV and, according to the suspect’s statements to others, hunt possible aliens, officials said

Additionally, investigators are aware of the suspect’s statements regarding an internet conspiracy that powerful politicians and Hollywood figures are in fact lizards or other reptiles of alien origin and are invading society, said the responsibles

Followers of the unsubstantiated conspiracy theory believe that politicians and other figures, including the Clintons and comedian Bob Hope, who died in 2003, are in fact lizard-like creatures sent to Earth and are responsible of a number of historical tragedies Justin Bieber and the Obamas have also been named in conspiracy theory

Federal investigators also asked associates and acquaintances of Warner if he believed in any equally unfounded conspiracy theories about AT&T and the 5G mobile service and if that was a reason for choosing the AT&T building as the site of the bombing raid

A senior law enforcement official said investigators threw up a wide network including family, friends, neighbors, acquaintances and businesses where he may have purchased supplies to make bombs

Metropolitan Nashville Police Chief John Drake acknowledged that the department had no officers from the Nashville Joint Terrorism Task Force, a group of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies whose primary mission is to investigate potential terrorist threats

Drake said he would fix the problem and assign an officer to the task force, which would allow his department to get the latest FBI briefings around the world

More than a year before the bombing, Warner’s girlfriend told police he was making bombs in a motorhome parked at his house, according to police reports

In August on January 21, 2019, an attorney for Warner’s girlfriend told officers that Warner “spoke frequently about military and bomb-making,” according to an incident report released by police

The attorney’s call prompted officers to go to Warner’s house, where they knocked on the front door to no avail, according to report Officers wrote that they had spotted “multiple security cameras and wires attached to an alarm at the front door, ”the report says

Officers said they spotted an RV parked behind a fence in the backyard, but said they couldn’t see the interior of the vehicle Authorities have identified a motorhome linked to Warner as the source of the Christmas Day explosion

Police said on Wednesday that officers saw no evidence of a crime and did not have the authority to enter the property or the fenced yard They also determined that the girlfriend needed a “psychological assessment,” and she was taken to hospital, police say.

The day after the officers visited Warner’s home, an incident report was forwarded to the FBI by police, who said they had asked the agency and the Defense Department to carry out a search in the Warner archives Police said a search of both databases found no results

Nashville Police did not say they asked the FBI to investigate Warner, but said their Hazardous Devices unit followed up on the incident report with the lawyer Police say the lawyer told them Warner “didn’t care about the police” and wouldn’t allow a visual inspection of the motorhome

David Rausch, director of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, told reporters this week that Warner was not on the agency’s radar before the bombing, except for one arrest for possession marijuana in 1978

A spokesperson for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said on Wednesday he was previously unaware of the incident involving Nashville Police and Warner’s girlfriend

The spokesperson said in a statement: “To be clear, the remarks made by our manager about him” not being on our radar “were specific to our agency and not to all the forces in the world. ‘order”

The FBI has said that unlike other cases, such as those of Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev or Omar Mateen, the Pulse nightclub shooter in Orlando, Fla., he was asked only search the Warner database and was not invited to open an investigation

Warner, 63, described as a ‘loner’ by people who knew him, had recently retired as an information technology consultant, NBC News reported Monday

Officers were responding to reports of gunfire in the area on Christmas morning when they heard an explosion warning from a camper van parked outside an AT&T building Authorities said the explosion, which authorities said was triggered by Warner, went off at 6:30 a.m.m Friday, rippling across several blocks of downtown

The explosion injured at least three people and damaged more than 40 companies Warner was the only person killed in the explosion
