Two old-school murder mystery games are coming to Nintendo Switch Famicom Detective Club: The Missing Heir and Famicom Detective Club: The Girl Who Stands Behind get new remakes coming out on May 14, Nintendo announced at its event Nintendo Direct February
In The Missing Heir, players will solve a murder mystery in a haunted village involving a wealthy family, while also facing their own amnesia Meanwhile, in The Girl Standing Behind, players will travel to a Japanese school to investigate a supernatural rumor surrounding the mysterious death of a student.
Both of these sleuth games were originally released for the Famicom Disk System in the late 80s and allow players to explore mysteries with text commands.You can explore various locations, examine objects, or interrogate characters from the gameplay Both games have been fully updated with modern graphics, gameplay and voiceover, but retain the same mysteries of their original versions
Both Famicom Detective Club games will be available on Nintendo Switch on May 14 and can be pre-ordered on the eShop now
